We’re thrilled to announce that an auction for the first stage of Whitianga’s Marine Precinct is officially set for Saturday, 6 December 2025.

This exciting release marks the launch of New Zealand’s first freehold marina ownership model — an unprecedented opportunity to secure your own slice of the waterfront, complete with a private berth and freehold lot.

Stage One will offer 28 private berths paired with freehold waterfront lots (172–197 m²), allowing owners to create their own marina apartment-style base right on the water’s edge.
