Marlin Waters is planned as a self contained luxury
waterfront complex located on the corner of
Joan Gaskell Drive and Endeavour quay.
Residences will include water front villas overlooking a boutique boat harbour offering berths of up to 30m and two level town houses on non waterfront lots featuring private courtyards and double garaging. Facilities proposed for the exclusive use of Marlin Waters residents include a tennis court, children’s playground and social pavilion. Other amenities planned include a private beach, launching ramp, and lock up trailer boat storage facility.
